What is with the two older ladies that work at this location in the morning. Every morning when I want to order breakfast and I just have cash they get upset with me and scold me for ordering at the counter instead of at the kiosk. If they are too lazy to take customers orders they should find a job elsewhere and not take it out on the customers. I don't care that they're unhappy with their job. That's their problem and it should not be my problem. Worst customer service ever.

We like this place and when we are in the Bellvue area for medical things we visit. It reminds us of our favorite TacoBell on the East Coast. The staff is always great. The place is always clean. We havent had a wrong order yet...knock on wood. Thanks guys keep it up!!

Have not had any issues at this taco Bell. Services fairly quick and my order always seems to be right. The drive lane is a little hard for a large truck to drive through.

A typical taco bell. They have gone through a remodel recently, and it is spotless inside with plenty of seating.

This is one of our go-to places to grab a quick meal and they never disappoint! We even have a Taco Bell that is a little closer to home but we will drive to this one instead. The staff is usually quite friendly and we always get our food quickly - and accurately. They just know how to do it right here! Fast, fresh - what more could you ask for! A definite recommend!

They didn't even melt the cheese on my quesadilla, ive messed up making box mac 'n cheese and can at least melt cheese. Didnt ask for sauces until we were at the window and already paying and didnt tell us how much extra it would be. I literally have to drive home to microwave my food cause they couldnt even do that. I just went through the five stages of grief over a quesadilla.

This Taco Bell has been completely remodeled, and it's a lovely place to sit and have a cheap meal. Where take a wrong is the drive-thru. Yesterday, they couldn't do half the fountain drinks, and I waited 25 minutes to get through the line. They apologized and said they had 2 people working the restaurant. My daughter wanted to go today, so here we are again. Today out of frozen drinks and at present, we are 25+minutes into the wait. Absolutely ridiculous.

I LOVE TACO BELL... 5 Layer burrito is one of my favorite menu items. Mexi-melt is also one of my favorites and its a must have. Mexi-melt Is not shown on the menu, but they do still make it if you order it. This location has a great staff and that's why I give 5 stars.

Taco Bell is always good. Never had a bad experience at any location. Quick, cheap, and delicious. This one was weird tho. The people working never came to the counter. Had to order at the kiosk....what happened to old fashioned fave to face?

Foods good. But my potato’s are soggy. Gross! Please use fresh ingredients every order. I’d rather wait. When I ask for a no cheese cheese and bean burrito, I expect NO CHEESE including in the rice. Duh! Are you trying to kill people here!?

Cant even talk to a person to order when you're inside. Get directed to the kiosk where I cannot get a paper receipt

This location is near where I go to church, so I have visited a few times recently. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I haven't received a wrong order and they're always willing to share what menu items they enjoy eating.I haven't utilized the drive thru, but inside the store the employees seem to maintain the lobby and restrooms well.So far so good at this location. Keep up the good work!

Freshest Taco Bell experience ever.Awesome service at the drive thru.Order was spot-on, prices were fair, and interactions were upbeat and friendly.I appreciated coming here.

Slower than a 3 legged dog...they got some new employees but they all seem handicapped cause the drive thru still takes 15 to 25 minutes to get through and just hope they aren't out of something. Usually slacking in steak beef or anything else usually necessary to have a good taco or nachos

Waited 25 minutes in line trying to give my order. Got so tired with waiting I walked out. For a fast food place. These people have no idea of the word fast.

Terrible. Served everything stone cold and unmelted. Only asked if we wanted sauce at the window and then upped the price without telling the total. Only thing right was the Dr. Pepper.

This place needs new management or some other refinement. If they're not closed for some problem with the restaurant itself, they cannot open the lobby because they can't get enough man.or.woman power together to assist, leaving only the drive-thru opened. I've never seen any establishment operate this way. It's shameful, to say the very least.

Restaurant dirty, garbage over flowing, bathrooms not clean. Employees just standing around. I waited at counter for 3 minutes while the employees stood around talking. I had to interrupt their conversation to get service. Watched one employee leave the line to to go get his monster energy drink, then he carried the can back across the kitchen, threw it in the over flowing garbage, not wash his hands, grab gloves, and start making food again.

It was late at nite, went through drive-thru, ordered Locos Taco Supreme, Chilupa Box. All food was good. Drive-thru wasn't too bad. Went through fairly fast.

The staff is helpful and very knowledgable of their menu. On top of that, they are fast, friendly and professional. In my experience, this is one of the 'faster' Taco Bell's. I've never had to wait -too long_ for my orders. Thanks guys!

3rd time in a row coming here and no one at the register. They force you to use the touch screen system. Horrible to do that to your customers, definitely a management issue.

A good fast food option. This venue frequently has a shortage of staff, so they'll close store entry and allow drive through only - even if you're picking up online orders. The staff are generally helpful but sometimes seem untrained - high turnover might be a probable cause.

They serve big portions and for fair prices. friendly staff members. 5 stars from me.

I went to Taco Bells delicious establishment to get some tasty treats for myself and wife. As usual it was very busy and that's what to be expected for a popular place, I mean hey I go there all the time!But I came home only to find the saddest tacos ever. I asked for 2 soft taco supreme and 2 hard taco supreme. And my favorite Carmel apple empanada. I did not get my delicious dessert, and my tacos had hardly anything inside and no sour cream! What a drag I tell yah, also I didn't get a copy of my receiptI called and no on cared, not one person about my sad meal.I work in restaurants so I get it, I was super nice but so sad about my lack of wonderful taco bell in my belly.Your commercials made me feel like a fool tonight, the tacos looking so full and desirable.And in reality they were nothing but sad tortillas. Who were as well heartbroken by not being filled themself.I just wanted to have nice night in with a glass of chardonnay and tacos.But not it's just not the same at Taco Bell.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Food is never right. Never made fresh. Drive through takes longer then eating inside. Better off driving out of your way to eat at different locations. I had to make sure I had everything. And they still forgot a straw. Never rang up some of the food I asked for.

This authentic Taco Bell experience will have you wanting more.

They have it so the food comes fast, and taste good

For the 3rd time IN A ROW my order was messed up beyond recognition. And this is nowhere near the first time this has happened, just happened to be the third time in a row coming to this taco bell where it was messed up. The meat was wrong in half of my order and they even read the order back to me and it was right on the screen! But yet somewhere between reading the ticket and making the food they managed to mess it up (yet again). As an executive chef, I just don't understand how this is even possible; Just READ THE TICKET AND MAKE THE FOOD CORRECTLY!!!

This location is incapable of following corporate standards, let alone anything else. When a very simple order is made at a time when it isn't busy why should a customer expect to have multiple wildly incorrect orders passed off as their own? Nevermind having to fight for a refund to be given. A refund wherein they had FAILED to credit back to the payment method. Or refund the total cost including tax.This appears to be a recurring issue, and I cannot recommend going to this location.

We loved the food and it was definitely delicious. The staff knew how to welcomed us.
